Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the Mount Isa cleaning team, facilitating regular huddles and promoting our core-values (training provided).
- Provide daily operational cover for on-site activities where required.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and provide regular operational updates to the Queensland Operations Manager.
- Handle special requests or customer challenges through in-person visits under direction from the Customer Service Manager
- Must be willing to work evening shifts (6pm-midnight)
- Must have a driver’s licence to drive company vans provided
